In a large fry pan I sizzled some butter, then placed the bread on top. I toasted one side of the bread until it was crisp, then put another bit of butter and repeated with the other side. Then I sprinkled wonderful high quality cheese (I wish) on top once it was piping hot. I did this with all slices.
Then I spread avocado over all the slices, I suppose you could sprinkle some salt too.
In the same fry pan, I cut a medium block of tofu into 3 slabs (one per slice). Then I fried the slabs on both sides for a bit until piping hot. I placed them on the bread and then sprinkled paprika on them.
In the same pan, I then put thinly sliced eringi mushrooms. You could add a bit of soy sauce and butter to them while sauteeing for a nice flavor. Once cooked and soft, I placed the sliced mushrooms on top of the tofu. I sprinkled some black pepper over this.
Some nice sliced tomato over the eringi, and then I used a small spoon to sprinkle a bit of balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes. Then sprinkle some black sesame seeds over that. Finally I placed some fresh mint and cilantro from my veranda one pot garden, and munch time!
